What would be your Role?
Act as a bridge between our client and their customers
Develop potential customer relationship that promotes retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value
Communicate thoughtful, customised solutions that will help customers move forward
Nurture the already existing relationships
Managing portfolio, maintaining, and nurturing existing relationships with customers
Taking care of their grievances/queries
Taking care of customer queries and grievances on behalf of our client
Solving operational problems by coordinating with the venue partners and city coordination
Reporting issues (unanticipated closures, strikes, etc.) to the Amsterdam team and helping them take care of the affected orders
Serving as a bridge between the customers, our client, and the venue partners
Reporting loopholes in the process using the information provided by our team
Being a good human. Providing emotional support as and when required.
