Avataar.Me is looking to hire a sharp, personable, highly-organized Customer Delivery Manager to take ownership of various project deliveries and support the Client Success team. This is an opportunity to work with a stellar platform design, product, and engineering team and gain first-hand experience in delivering a product experience.

The position will be based out of our Bangalore office and will be a part of the Client Success team. The position will report directly to Director, Customer Success.

We are in a hyper-growth phase and looking for passionate and self-driven rock stars to join our team. In 2020, we have grown from a 25 member team to a 100+ (& still counting) member team.

What you will do:

Own process design and implementation for our most impactful and complex projects
Responsible for the overall delivery quality and timelines
Responsible for business operation efficiency, weekly planning, process improvements
Deep dive on short-medium term trends and create action plans to address operational issues in coordination with Platform Design and engineering teams
Own taking proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across the org
Build and publish dashboards capturing KPIs and key trends

What we are looking for:

This position requires a candidate with the proven ability to drive process improvements and the ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment

Masters Degree, ideally in Operations/Supply Chain Management, from an accredited university
1-3 years of experience with planning, creating standard work, performance metrics, and process improvement
The ability to translate operational issues into workable solutions
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Business Analytics and Intermediate to advanced excel knowledge
Hustle: Passion to work in a start-up culture with experience of working in a fast-paced growing team setup and ability to get things done
Humility:Down to earth, open to suggestions, and ready to get his/her hands dirty with whatever the team needs to succeed
