• Proactively call customers to inform them about upcoming company events, workshops, or conferences.
• Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information regarding event details, schedules, and registration processes.
• Address and resolve customer queries promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, feedback, and responses in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and event coordination teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Follow up with customers to confirm attendance or gather post-event feedback.
• Ensure adherence to company guidelines and maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.
