Responsibilities and Duties
Team Management, Task allocation & Process Improvement.
To handle customer escalation such as timely Payment by the customer, card load, mode of payment & on-time delivery.
To manage order tracking escalation and maintaining escalation sheet.
To minimize cancellation.
Achieving month end target
Dealing with channel partner.
Customer retention & satisfaction.
Co-ordinate with different departments.
