Job Description

Customer Project / Program Manager

Mumbai

Sales:

Ensuring sales have required information for order and rev
TU conversion / FlexCare Conversion
Working with Customers and Partners for delivery execution
Working with delivery to ensure maximum classes can be covered.
Operations (manage offshore resource to ensure work is completed):

Course scheduling

Registrations
Resource management (instructors, infrastructure, premises, manuals)
Course issue resolution (initial, or escalate to Education Lead)
Student certificates/survey results
Work closely with APJ Teams to ensure all classes have instructors assigned.

Financials:

Managing customer payments (PO, credit cards, TU’s)
Partner/Vendor invoicing – receiving and processing, dealing with issues and queries from both finance and vendors/partners
Handling internal financial queries
Recognizing revenue
Accruing costs
Track and manage processed orders liaising with APJ ECO and VOM

Reporting:

Order, revenue, cost and margin tracking
Invoice tracking
Cost accrual tracking
Graduate
Experience – 3- 6 years
High fluency in English
Good computer usage skills
Ability to interpret data / financials.
Ability to work under pressure.
