Job Description:

  • Handling the customer query / grievances
  • Understanding the customer query and accordingly giving the resolution
  • Cross-Selling
  • Revert to the clients (Happy Calling),thus confirming the service
  • Focusing on the CSAT & identifying the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on the same

Skills:

  • Pleasing Personality with decent communication
  • Ability to do Multi-Tasking
  • Must be graduate

Experience : 1 to 6 Years

Qualification : Graduate

Preferred Industry : Retail Background

Salary Range : Rs. 2.0 Lacs to Rs. 3.0 Lacs
