About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage both new and existing customer requirements in order to identify, predict, and practically address their demands
2. Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, in person, and social media
3. Resolve customer problems and direct unresolved issues to a different department, if needed
4. Provide price information and handle inquiries about delivery
5. Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
6. Maintain customer database and follow company process accurately and efficiently
7. Create initiatives to raise product awareness, expand the consumer base, and increase revenue
8. Develop a customized strategy for product sales and marketing in collaboration with the marketing/sales team
