Position Title : Customer Relations Executive
Location: Bangalore

Experience : 1+ years in a similar phone support role
Reports to : Team Leader - Support
Salary : Commensurate with Skills
Skills and Qualifications :
- Graduate with a minimum of 1 year experience in a phone based customer interaction role, preferably inbound
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Conversational skills in Kannada will be preferred
- Good telephone etiquettes and manners
- Ability to handle different types of customers and their mood
- Ability to handle escalations with ease and pacify customers and ensure their issue is resolved in the least possible time
- Excellent customer centricity with an attitude to get the customers queries resolved by liaising with other team members or departments
- Willing to go the extra mile and stretch during peak times
- Willing to work on Saturdays and Indian holidays
