Job Description

Position Title : Customer Relations Executive

Location: Bangalore

Employment Status: Regular Full-time

Experience : 1+ years in a similar phone support role

Reports to : Team Leader - Support

Salary : Commensurate with Skills

Skills and Qualifications :  

  • Graduate with a minimum of 1 year experience in a phone based customer interaction role, preferably inbound
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Conversational skills in Kannada will be preferred
  • Good telephone etiquettes and manners
  • Ability to handle different types of customers and their mood
  • Ability to handle escalations with ease and pacify customers and ensure their issue is resolved in the least possible time
  • Excellent customer centricity with an attitude to get the customers queries resolved by liaising with other team members or departments
  • Willing to go the extra mile and stretch during peak times
  • Willing to work on Saturdays and Indian holidays
