Job Description
Designation: Customer Relations
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating with clients, managing orders, online, on-phone and in-person
2. Coordinating with vendors and delivery persons
3. Packaging and dispatching orders
4. Ordering ingredients/maintaining inventory
5. Greeting customers and ensuring they are satisfied
6. Taking customer feedback
7. Giving suggestions to customers
