Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talk to and manage existing customers
2. Handle and solve existing customer inquiries and conflicts through effective communication
3. Collect and mediate order requests and follow up for feedback and other requests
4. Keep a log in Excel sheets from order collection to order completion
5. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
6. Ideate new ways to create better relationships, and find new customers
