Looking for Enthusiastic, Energetic Candidates for Customer Relations Officer for Noida Location
Designation: Customer Relations Officer

Role Requirements:

Hiring for Customer Relationship officer for one of the Leading Bank for Banking Process.
Outbound Sales Support Voice process includes upselling/ sales
Prior Sales experience will be an added advantage
Work from Office
Good Com Skills

Graduates and Undergraduates can apply

Languages Proficient in English and Hindi

Shift Window: 6 day working process, 24*7, 9 hour shift with rotational offs
Male WFO : 24*7 work schedule across multiple shifts with rotational or split, weekly offs (as per process roster).

Female WFO: 6am - 8pm window work schedule across multiple shifts with rotational or split, weekly offs (as per process roster)

To commute to and fro, Shuttle is provided by the Company to the nearest metro station-i.e. Botanical Garden(Sector 37) and Noida City Centre

Perks and Benefits

Salary 12k/Month for fresher to 13.5k/Month for Experience

Approx. 30 day Training +OJT- during Training Fixed amount 250/- per working day(excluding holidays and week offs ) payable upon successful certification

Incentives Average 2000- 30000 per month
