* Experience in Tele Calling.
* Good at managing Customer Request & Service Management, act as Service Adviser
* Should be able to identify the potential customer and understand needs
* Upselling & Cross-selling of Services offered by company
* Should have knowledge of Excel, PPT, Mailing, Tele Calling
* Should be fluent in English

We seek to re-define how car service industry works in India by standardizing service workshops, enabling them to provide better customer experience through the usage of cutting edge technology, data analytics, and implementation of modern corporate practices in the running of service workshops
