Job Description :
The CRE is a single point of contact for customers from purchase to possession and registration.
The CRE will interact with the customers via e-mails, phone calls, personal meetings at site/ office. It is an office-based role however, CRE is expected to visit site frequently for internal meetings / to meet customers
Clarifying all the queries raised by the customer with regard to the product, financial transactions and legal matters
Interact with all internal departments for seeking clarification and status on the rules and regulations pertaining to the query
Support the finance department in payment collections
Arranging site visits for customers.
Implementation of the process laid down for dealing with customers, ensuring timely response to all their queries in a transparent manner.
