Conduct customer events / activity
Sell insurance renewals, offers
value added products and accessory package.
RM/ SA wise CCCF management.
Provide MIS reports.
Assist in event planning for
Assist in generating various MIS and
reports related to service booking, pick & drop, contact calendar, lost
customer tracking, customer verbatim analysis, Pareto analysis of customer concerns
and concern age analysis.
Ensuring PSF call as per city category (7th day
