Job Description
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by responding to inquiries, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues with a focus on improving overall customer satisfaction.
- Follow-up & Retention: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and address any emerging concerns.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform improvements in service and relationship management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Product, and Marketing, to ensure client needs are met and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and progress to support business improvement efforts.
