We are looking for Customer Relationship Executive

Responsibility-

Outbound inbound calls handling regarding material dispatch for the party,

Maintaining clients data on Google sheets

Solving clients queries regarding material/ Product.

Handling clients complaint and solve

Generate PI, follow up with plant regarding the Order or dispatch

Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.

Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.

Qualification-
Graduate

Experience- 1 years to 2 years in similar role sales or customer support

Salary - 12k to 14k
