A Credit Counselor is the one who understands the customers’
problem and makes the customer understand about his Credit Report. Provides the
customer with the proper solutions depending upon his financial status and
willingness, he also acts as a one point of contact to help the customer with
end to end resolution regarding credit wellbeing, Also, he guides the customer
with regards to how he can maintain his credit worthiness in future.
& Counseling the customer and take informed decision with regards to
their financial wellbeing.
& analyzing customer Credit Report and coaching customer on the
email support to clarify customer queries, follow up and reminder calls
related to their accounts / portfolio and reminder calls to

delivering great customer experience during each interaction.
- Record details of
enquiries, comment and action taken.
- Full time calling
profile with daily 3 hours of Talk time.
- Effective &
empathetic communication majorly in English & Hindi, with excellent
- Basic Microsoft

Working Window:10:00 AM to 07:00 PM / 8 hours working excluding one-hour
6 Days working (Second Saturday and Sundays fixed off)
