Job description for the post of Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Role and Responsibilities of CRE.

·         To answer all customer calls and solve their problems in the best way possible.

·         Book orders that come through repeat sales

·         Call new customers that show interest in our products

·         Booking of orders on ship rocket or other such portals we use

·         Utilize database to bring in more orders.

·         To track delivery of parcels and in-case of any problems to get in touch with the courier company.

What are the company looking for ?

·         Someone who is well versed in English, Hindi.

·         Must have an inclination towards selling and resolving customer issues.

·         Basic computer knowledge – excel, word, Google.

·         Need to have basic discipline of coming on time and not take leaves frequently.

·         Confidence in speaking with people for all regions of the country.

·         Willingness to speak over the phone and messages

·         Salary?

·         13K (+Commission) (negotiable)
