Job Description

Looking for Customer service Executives for Chembur location(Mumbai)

*Position*: Customer service Executives
*Location*: Chembur
*Gender*: Females preferred
*Exp* : minimum 1 yr experience in inbound/outbound calling. 
Should be a sweet talker and should be good in problem solving.
Someone from sales, but now wants to get into back end work is also fine
*Salary*: up to 25k pm
*JD*:
- Resolving the queries of the customers
- Proactively calling the customers and checking on their experience and noting their feedbacks
- Preparing a report of all the queries and concerns of the customers.
