NativChefs jobs - Customer Relationship Executive

NativChefs is a startup incubated at IIM-Nagpur. It is one of the top 100 startups shortlisted under the women startup program at IIM-Bangalore 2018. NativChefs aims to be the leader in providing the experience of having the native authentic cuisines. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on setting processes for maintaining customer relations and documenting it
2. Build and maintain a profitable relationship with customers
3. Work on repeating the process and creating new customer engagement, conversion to sales (70:30 ratios)
4. Work on updating and maintaining the customer database
5. Work on interacting with customers via SMS, Whatsapp, email, and calling (using company's phone)
