Responsibilities:
CRE is a dynamic person who ensure the clients conversion on-Phone, Chats, Emailing, Meetings. CRE
will ensure the target inflow business by collaborating with Marketing Team. Strategies the events occurring, as well handing the marketing Activities.
Handle Pretreatment Formalities.
Being the mirror of the organization, to behave in a very professional manner and always acquiring the professional ethics.
Basic Telephone & Business Etiquette while speaking to the customers.
Establishing relations with customers through high standards of customer service with a personalized approach.
Present and pitch the programs to the leads for timely admission closure *Maintain effective after
sales relations with clients.
Achieving sales and contribution targets. - Participating actively in sales promotion programs- ideas,
implementation and monitoring.
Create and update leads file, prepare daily MIS; Counsel Online Leads generated through Portal, Domestic & International.
Updating and refreshing own selling skills, competitor activities etc. -Maintaining visual merchandising
as per norms.
To deliver the highest quality of service and ensure high customer satisfaction. Strategizing Online
Counselling workflow
