Job Description

Profile : Customer Relationship Executive, CRE, Customer Care, Client Relation,Customer Service.
Industry: Banking/Financial Services, FMCG, Recruitment/Staffing/RPO, Telecom, Any Functional Area: Customer Service/Call Centre/BPO,Marketing & Communications Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)Skills: Customer Relationship Executive, CRE.
No. of Positions: Ten (10). Preferably a female
Location - Noida, Sec. 63
Qualification: Minimum 12th or graduate.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Communication skills and convincing power.
A good understanding of human behavior, positive attitude towards client service, maturity and soft-spoken demeanor are non-negotiable.
No Sales Process, Just to fix appointments with Client for sales team.
Salary Expectation: Best in the industry along with performance-based incentives. Higher start may be considered for a deserving candidate.
