Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with internal teams and making a wow user experience
2. Handling customer queries, complaints, suggestions, and requests on multiple products via e-mail, phone, webchat, etc.
3. Understanding the customer feedback for developing the resolution plan for further development
4. Optimizing the customer service experience and provide the best service at a low cost(minimize the cost volume/per service requirements)
5. Reverting feedback on websites/blogs from the customer's options
6. Helping the core team on day to day basis by understanding feedbacks and suggestions for the betterment of the webshop making sure all the appointments are met with the best experience from a customer service perspective ever time
7. Creating/analyzing reports

3. are available for duration of 4 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Should have excellent verbal and written communication

2. Should have a strong understanding of customer issues

3. Flexible and willing to try new sales strategies

4. Should be self-motivated and create a warm workplace environment

5. Should have experience in multiple customer service support verticals like talking Inbound/outbound calls, reverting e-mail, web chat, etc.

6. Should be a self-starter personality who understands and can handle high demanding customer in the retail environment, who is helping the day to day task of handling several fashion product categories like (apparel, watches, eyewear, footwear, jewelry, etc.)

7. Should have an understanding of the retail environment (online/superstore/discount)

8. Should be willing to prove himself

9. Fresher/experienced customer relationship candidate who has flair and knowledge of customer service and willingness to step an extra mile for helping the customer in a retail environment
