Job Description:

As a Customer relationship management (CRM) at Bionics Enviro Tech you will play a critical role in our sales and customer support team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential and existing customers over the phone, offering our products/services, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and convert leads into sales.

Receive inbound calls from existing customers and provide assistance, answer queries, and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain a professional and courteous tone while communicating with customers.

Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

Follow up on leads and ensure timely follow-through on sales processes.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals on a consistent basis.

Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the given timeframe.

Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Collect and relay customer feedback and market insights to help improve our products and services.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi(must).

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Previous experience in telesales, customer support, or a related role is a plus.

Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.

Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Professional and courteous attitude.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
