Job Description
Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager - Female Only
Experience - 0-1 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Call the customers to follow up on pending payments.
- Send bills and reminders to the clients.
- Follow up for the payment collection.
- Conduct after-delivery client service calls.
- Update tasks using the company’s flowchart system.
- Record collection amounts in company software.
Requirements:
- Must be smart and clear-spoken.
- Fluent in Hindi, English, and Bengali.
- Sound computer knowledge.
- Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
- Preferably based in Kolkata or nearby areas.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Must reside in Kolkata (preference given to candidates living nearby)
