Responsibilities and Duties
resource is required to contact registered customers over phone to
understand their area of business and work with the internal team to
ensure that they get relevant business opportunities sent by email.
end of the free trial period, the resource should coordinate with the
customer and encourage them to subscribe to our services.
Customer complaints should be handled.
All customer engagement will be by telephone and email.
Startup company. There is potential to grow in other areas of work. Fluency in English and Hindi required.
