As an RM you will be responsible for attending/conducting seminars (max. twice a week),on-boarding clients with on-spot registrations, follow up with clients & educating them about our services.

Organising periodical seminars for existing clients
Maintaining customer relationship by interacting with the customers,
train the customers and answer any queries of the customers
Inviting new business for the seminar
Generating referral business
Understand the customer needs, help the customer with software usage
