Calling customers, understanding their queries and qualifying them according to the relevancy and qualitative metrics outlined for the product. Ability to Satisfy customer issues and resolving them with confidence. Ability to learn fast and remember various products & their features to be able to explain to the customers properly. Aptitude to understand the processes of the organisation and workflows of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho or FreshSales. Ability to handle tough situations with a customer and answer with humility. Good humour to lighten the mood in tough situations will be a bonus. High emotional intelligence to remain calm and maintain composure at all times.
