About the job
As a Customer Relationship Manager at Sound And Pixels, you will be an integral part of our
team, responsible for fostering strong relationships with our valued customers and also to
generate new customer leads. Your job role involves 50% of your weekly time in showroom and 50% weekly time outside the showroom. Incentives and bonus will be in credit system after probation period. Key Responsibilities When At Showroom:
1. Manage and nurture relationships with assigned customers, ensuring their satisfaction and
loyalty to our brand.
2. Learning all the brands and products we carry to better understand the solution for specific
customers during the probation period / Training period.
3. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation, utilizing MS-Excel and MS-Word to track interactions, escalations, and resolutions.
4. Sending emails to new and existing clients regarding our upcoming discounts and new
products in our portfolio . Maintaining a record on the same is key to make cold calls in the
future.

Key Responsibilities When At Site/ Field :
1. New Customer lead Generation, Meeting Architects, Interior Designers and Builders at
their location and introducing Sound & Pixels complete head to toe portfolio.
2. Doing the necessary to bring new architects, interior designer onboard. Beginning by
Inviting them to our experience centre on Kankapura road.
3. Dropping leaflets and brochures to specific venues when directed by the marketing
manager. This job includes maintaining the CRM system given to you.

Skill(s) required
Effective Communication in English & Kannada.
MS-Excel , MS-Word

Salary
Probation / Training Period:

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month
After probation:
