Key responsibilities:
1. Call our customers regarding our product subscription pack
1. Call our customers regarding our product subscription pack
2. Work on doing 4 hours of talk time and receive incentives on doing subscriptions
3. Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
4. Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Skills & Requirements:
1. Candidate should have good speaking & communication skills in Hindi

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
4. Superior product knowledge.
5. A team player with leadership skills.
6. Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Note: It is a type of telecalling sales job, but have no sales target & unlimited incentives.
