RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)Must be able to handle real estate customer's inbound and outbound calls.
2)Handling customer queries over phone and via Emails at various stages of projects.
2)Building and maintaining profitable relationship with customers and doing followup calls.
3) Must explain to the customers about the proper details of the property.
4)Invite clients to Site visits as per sales leads according to the requirements.
5)Must have the capabilities of communicating and coordinating with other team members.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1)Fresher or atleast one year experience is required.
2)Must have good communication skills both in English and Hindi
3)Excellent fluency in English is required.
4)He must have positive attitude and must be focused on customer satisfaction.
5)Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications.
6) Only work from Office candidates are welcome.
