RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be able to  handle real estate customer's inbound and outbound calls.

• Handling customer queries over the phone.

•  Building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers and doing follow up calls.

•  Must explain to the customers about the proper details of the property.

• Invite clients to Site visits as per sales leads according to the requirements.

• Must have the capabilities of communicating and coordinating  with other team members.

• 
  

 REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Fresher or atleast one year experience is required.

• Must have good communication skills both in English and Hindi

• Excellent fluency in English is required.

• He must have a positive attitude and must be focused on customer satisfaction.

• Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications.

• Only work from Office candidates are welcome.
