Job Description

  • Immediate Requirement for Customer Relation Officer
  • Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Exp: 6 months - 2 yrs
  • Gender: Male/Female
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Assist to customer for query, request, complaint.
  • Preparing & maintaining all the essential documents such as Welcome Letter, demand note, Agreement to Sale, Possession formality Document, Stamp Duty & Registration details.
  • Follow-ups with customers for due & pending installments.
  • Planning & Co-ordination Agreement for sale Registration & sale deed Registration process.
  • Presentation on a topic & Maintaining reports.
  • Co-ordinate Home loan process-prepare legal document set, NOC, MMR, Floor plan as per bank Requirement.
  • Building and Managing Personal Relationship with different Clients.
  • Coordinating with the sales team for Backend support
  • Provide project information & construction update to customer as per request
  • Handover/possession of residential apartments.
