We’re looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our company and to lead the customer service team to greater heights.
You’ll supervise approximately 10 full-time employees who are in contact with our customers (both businesses and individuals) in person and via email, phone, live chat and other methods.
Responsibilities:-
- Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them
- Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members
- Manage the fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures as necessary.
- Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction
Team management experience:-
- Coaching and communication skills
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a contact center environment as a Team Manager
- Experience within customer services
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong coaching and people
-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
- Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
- Energetic and motivating individua
