  • We are looking for hardcore sales manager for our real estate industry located in Thane with good exposure 3.5 + yrs experience in HNI Portfolio management from same industry or other industry
  • Industry:- Corporate industry

  • Role:- individual role ( field sales)
  • Exp : 2 to 6 Yrs (any field sales vertical)
  • Qualification : Any Graduates/ mba in marketing/ diploma holder
  • Sal Bracket :  Upto 500000 Lac as per interview round and last ctc + attractive incentives + professional real estate product training
Job description :
  • Meeting new HNI and Ultra HNI clients, with portfolio more than 5cr.
  • Responsible to deal with large Corporate and HNI clients to invest in our real estate products.
  • Responsible for revenue generation.
  • Responsible for networking with major industry players.
  • Identifying the corporate clients that could be targeted, building a good relationship with the decision makers and getting business for the organization.
  • Required to be constantly updated with real estate markets.
  • Gather market Intelligence on competitors and their activities. 
  • Taking all necessary knowledge enhancement efforts.
Mandatory skills:-
  • Should have good knowledge about locations, projects and market trends in real estate
  • Should have good knowledge in English and local languages
  • Must have in depth knowledge of Marketing Real Estate projects (First home/Second home)
  • Follow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing deals maintaining and exp
  • Strong sense of Consumer Experience and developing the same experience in-house
  • Strong problem solving capabilities and willingness to take responsibilities and ownership
  • Responsible to drive the Sales- Business Development & ensure timely delivery of assignments
  • Regular client meetings and client acquisition and creating database for future
