Customer Relationship Manager

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

·   Develop sources/ vendors/ supply chain for new raw materials and desired packing material by the company.

·   Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors that facilitate smooth flow of services to the company and subsidiaries.

·   To undertake Procurement of Materials & Vendor Management to obtain goods or services that meet customer’s requirements at the most competitive cost.

·   Sourcing & identifying reliable manufacturers to source raw materials & packing material to meet the company’s core product portfolio.

·   Domestic and International sourcing of Raw materials, Intermediates, Nutraceuticals Etc. Vendor management and development: Evaluating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule & terms & conditions with them. Follow up with the vendors for sample and dispatch of order.

·   Coordinating with sales and marketing team to close the offer.

·   Participate and Lead the development, negotiation, and implementation of necessary Supplies.

·   Implementation of the most responsive and cost-effective supply chain in the industry to gain market share, grow revenue and profit, improve cash flow, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required skills:

Good communication skills (written + verbal)

Graduates preferred (any stream)

Knowledge of basic computers (Word, Excel, internet, e-mails)
