• Taking over the project
• Verification and entry of booking form Handling the clients visiting the project for site visit
• Follow up of client for agreement and payment
• Solving customer queries,
• New and old Booking entries in software
• Facilitate & completing final Possession to the buyers
• Site visits and Feedback from customers regarding the properties
• Documentation & Follow up Agreement procedures to be filled out and execute at the earliest.
• Collections from the customer and from the bankers
• Respond to Customer queries satisfactorily Booking entry in ERP
• Facilitate in timely Allotment, Agreement execution & Registration
• Respond to Customer queries satisfactorily.
• Facilitate & completing final Possession to the buyers
• Drafting Agreement and following up on registering the Agreement.

Education :

• At least Bachelors / Post Graduate preferred (Female/ Male  Preferred)
• Good verbal and written Communication
• Pleasing personality
• Soft Spoken
• Confident and problem-solving attitude
• Experience: 1 - 5yrs
