1) Relationship Manager
Course: MBA/MMSSpecialization: Marketing
Criteria:-Bike compulsory.
Job Profile: 
To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing & sales strategies to
meet company objectives & to oversees all sales, advertising and promotional activities.
Job Description:
* Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
* Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
* Support the promotional & marketing of the company’s capabilities and services within the designated area. 
* Work with operation unit in each market to seamlessly drive business.
* Hard core marketing.
Desired Candidate profile:
* Strong interpersonal and team work skills.
* Should have strong communication skills. 
* Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self-starter.
* Leadership skills to manage relationships with new clients.
