Position: Customer Relationship Officer/Executive
Location: Bhilwara, RJ/Navi Mumbai, MH
Job Description: Candidates from Agri background preferred. Freshers are also welcome, but should be Bachelors or Masters in Agriculture

You are likely to have a great deal of responsibility early on and will be required to manage their time and duties themselves. These responsibilities can include:
· Collecting and analyzing customer data
· Using CRM systems to manage relationships
· Developing new ways to meet customers’ needs
· Handling customer complaints
· Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives
· Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers
· Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience
· Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
· Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture
· monitoring performance and periodically report of working
· managing campaigns on social media.
· Digital and online marketing
Skills:
· Computer skills – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
· Excel expertise at least “Intermediate Level” is required.
· Should understand International Business Management.
Communications:
· Excellent English knowledge is a must.
· Must be fluent in communication – with strong oral and written communication skills
