Achieve category targets.

üUse knowledge of promotion schemes, discount offers, special initiatives etcto generate sales. .

üIdentify the slow moving and fast moving items in allotted category.  

üRelate the product benefits to the need of the customers.

üGive suggestions and guidance on product selection to customers.

üHonor commitments made to the customers (product availability, exchanges, discounts, visiting customer premises for Delivery/installation etc) by abiding to the set processes and timelines.

üHandle or escalate issues pertaining to the customer with a sense of urgency keeping in mind the set processes.

üGauge inputs from customers on what other products would they like to have and give recommendations.

üCoordinate with housekeeping to keep the store neat and clean.

üDisplay themes and arrangement of products/ as directed by higher ups.

üRecover and replenish merchandise on shelves.

üSecure merchandise within the store and be on the lookout for shrinkages. 

üAttach price and security tags in all items keeping in mind the ongoing promotional offers.

üDo weekly global count of stocks.
