Follow CRM process flow for data, leads & queries generated from social media, farmer data, eCommerce platform etc. 20 % Create value proposition for the new products, test pack design, communication 20 % Establish tele services automated communication channel, IVR based crop advisory 10 % Update the content as per new crops & products for the CRM steps. 10 % Conduct periodic & regular channel feedback reports on product, promotions & service


YRS EDUCATION: DEGREE: MBA (Marketing)
MAJOR: Marketing

CTC: 4.5 LPA 
CERTIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE: 
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/2-3 years post qualification with similar experience
