Job Description

Customer Representative Insurance

0-3 Years experience

GM025

Location: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Chennai, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers, car workshops & surveyors regarding customer requirements
  • Creating Job card
  • Sharing estimates with customers
  • Understanding of Motor Insurance Policy, comprehensive & zero debt
  • Coordination with surveyor
  • Process delivery order
  • Knowledge of inspection & maintenance of vehicle
  • Responsible for setting up of strong network of surveyors
  • Ensure that service provider staff follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across service phases

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in automobile engineering
  • 0-3 years of experience in service
