• The candidate should be a graduate in any specialization.

•  Excellent interpersonal communication skills with computer knowledge.
  
• Keen analytical and research abilities.
  
• Knowledge of relationship management best practices.
  
• Problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
  
• Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
  
• Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services.
  
• Candidate  having diploma in Computer Application will be preferred
  
• Ability to listen, convince and satisfy the query
  

 Salary Structure

• Salary will be between 8 k to 15 k monthly +incentive
