Need fresher with good communication
Undergraduate/ graduate both can consider
Fresher/ experience both can apply
Need immediate joiner
Need good communication skills in English
Salary: 12k to 18k in hand
Day shift and rotation week off
Hurry up guy's limited seats available

Position Summary:

Customer Sales Executive - Voice are responsible for making outbound calls to new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests or sales calls.

Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great selling skills, these professionals address queries, provide support and sell different products, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.

Specialists requires an intimate knowledge of the products or services being sold, great communication skills and sales experience. The ability to cross-sell products is also essential.

Demonstrated success in sales and customer service is required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

To make outgoing calls to customers & keep them informed about new products and services.

To try and sell the products and services to people.

To listen to objections and handle them effectively.

To enter the details of every interaction in the system researching, locating, and providing information.

Determines requirements by working with customers

Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.

Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
