Job Description

Customer Sales Support Executive

Job Number: WD30087537344

Location: India, Haryana, Gurgaon

Job Category: Sales & Marketing

Monitoring SO’s ( sales orders ) on daily basis for finance approvals
Coordinate with sales for raising PI for PDC / payments prior to dispatch
Arrange collection of payments / PDC’s
Communicate with client for dispatch / payment clearances – else dispatch on HOLD .
Coordinate with production for daily dispatches & monitor payments / commercial related matters , if any .
Post order discussions with factory, engineering, customer, as required.

How you will do it:

Co-ordinate with clients & production team
Check with finance team for any old payments
Work closely with production for daily dispatch
Coordinate with sales team for the customer connect
Keep track of all PDC’s collected & ensure same are sent to team IBC for onward submission
Ensure timely collection of payments, outstanding, C-form etc.
Ensure the dispatch of commercial documentation to customers.

Qualification:

B.Com / B.Sc is preferred
Experience in sales coordination in upcountry region will be added advantage
