Job Description:-

• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments

• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls

• Generate sales leads

• Proven customer support experience

• Exceptionally good in English communication

• Ready to work in flexible shifts including night shifts 

• Work from home may be allowed as per business needs

• Ready to work rotating shifts which may change every 3 months

• Two days rotational off will be given

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Knowledge of:

• Some sales experience or customer service experience preferred, but not necessary; some experience with Windows and the Internet highly preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office useful.

Education And / Or Experience:

• Any Graduate with 0 to 6 Months of experience.

Language Skills:

• Excellent grammar, spelling, and sentence structure; excellent reading comprehension; professional written language and content.
