Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming B2C requests via calls, messaging, SMS and chat
  • Logging call details onto case management systems and providing responses to customers and resolutions in line with SLAs
  • Maintaining knowledge and expertise associated with applications
  • Progressing and closing service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system
  • Proactively updating customers with status or queries and progress of resolutions
  • Monitoring and progressing all open queries in queue
  • Escalating potential service issues
  • Ensuring contractual SLAs is maintained
  • Responding to and acting on assigned tasks
  • Achieving an excellent customer satisfaction level


Requirements

  • Proficiency in English compulsory at near native level - verbal and written skills
  • Good communication, team skills, flexibility and stress resistance
  • Excellent customer care skills, knowledge and awareness
  • Strong IT knowledge - Windows and Mac environment literate
  • Minimum 12 months’ customer service environment, preferably technical support environment
  • Ability to implement and manage changes in processes
  • Responsible with ability to work within a team and independently
