Job Description
Designation: Customer Service Associate Intern
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interact with the customers who visit our website and need help purchasing the right product
2. Talk to customers who ask for help from a 'fit/design stylist' to assist them and follow up with them
3. Achieve conversion/sales target for the month
4. Help customers through the alteration/sales process
5. Handle pop-up stores at various business parks/large residential complexes
