Job Description

Customer Service Associate

Location : Bangalore

Age: 18 to 42 years of age

Education: 10th, 12th, Graduate, Post Graduate (except LLB / Chartered Accountant / MBBS / ICWA)

Travel boundary limits: Candidate should be residing within the local transport limits. Cabs are provided one way only.

Key responsibilities: Answers incoming customer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call or chat

Knowledge & skills :

Excellent communication skills
Polite and customer service oriented
Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
Typing Skills: 15 wpm with 85% accuracy
