Job Description

Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Associate (CSA) would make calls to the targeted customers and provide necessary information.
The CSA would give clarity on any queries raised by the customer on the call.
The CSA would try to meet the objective on the same call for e.g. Induction, Engagement, collection, sale, appointment, retention, etc.
The CSA would tag all details of the call the application provided and dispose the call based on the customer feedback.

Requirements:

Excellent phone etiquette.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong people skills.
Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.
